Over the next 14 days, I encourage you to add a vegetable to every meal -yes, even breakfast! You will receive an encouraging reminder each day to help to stay on track. After 14 days, evaluate what you've learned about yourself and how you feel after nourishing your body this way. You may be surprised at how easy it was to eat so healthy!
